TO REMEMBER WHEN ORDERING
We make every effort to represent our products
as accurately as possible through the images shown
on this website. However, due to many different
monitor settings on individual computers and different
light sources, these sample colors may vary slightly
from the actual color.
All of the stationery papers are acid free and
contain 30% post consumer waste. The paper color
determines the texture of the paper ("smooth"
or "linen"). For the products that include
envelopes, they will be in the matching paper
color. The weight of the paper varies depending
on the stationery chosen. The thickest card stock
is available in white and ivory at 100lb. cover
weight for flat cards; the linen colors are 80lb.

In general, the font size shown on the sample
image will be the same size used to typeset your
order. However, longer names may emboss in a smaller
size than shorter names. The names embossed on
each item are adjusted to fit the proportions
of that item, so a name such as "Sarah Parker"
may appear with smaller letters than a name such
as "Sarah".

If
you are ordering an item shown with two names
or shown as one long name & your order is
for a very short name, the size of the font will
NOT be enlarged unless special instructions are
included with the order. In this case, please
indicate the desired size of the upper case letters
using a measurement related to inches.

PROOFS
Our manufacturers have been in the industry for
many years & we trust their professional typesetting
experience. Nonetheless, if a very specific look
is desired, we suggest ordering a proof for $10
(per item/personalization). Our manufacturers
will provide a black and white version of the
personalization for your review and approval.
To order a proof, add the item number "CI-PROOF"
to your shopping cart. If after reviewing the
proof you decide to cancel the order, you must
still pay the proof charge.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Our goal is to enable you to create an item that
brings delight to all. If you are not happy with
the selection as shown, please give us the chance
to work with you in creating that perfect embossed
product. For example, if you saw an item somewhere
else, but you prefer our superior embossing quality,
variety of colors & exceptional customer service,
please provide all the details about where &
what you saw & we will try to match it. We
can also mix lettering styles; for example, if
you like what is shown on a fold note but want
it on a flat card, we can do it! To utilize this
service, send email to cs@EmbossingStore.com.
GIFT MESSAGES & INVOICES
If you want to send an item as a gift, we can
drop ship directly to the recipient. Your gift
message will print on the packing list & you
never have to worry about pricing being listed;
the only paperwork that mentions the price is
the receipt that you receive during checkout.
You will be able to add the gift message during
the checkout process.
SHIPPING
Since the items are personalized, billing is completed
at time of placing the order. All items will ship
within 3 business days of the approved payment
transaction. A business day is considered to be
Monday through Friday and does not include holidays.
As soon as your order ships, tracking information
will be sent to the email address used during
check-out. If you do not receive the order within
2 weeks after placement, you must contact us via
email: cs@EmbossingStore.com. We cannot
be held responsible for lost orders that are more
than 15 days old.
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Shipments
sent via Fed Ex Ground/Home delivery do not require
a delivery signature so if you are generally not
home during the day, we suggest shipping to your
place of employment or another address where someone
is available to receive the delivery. If no one
is available at the address provided, we cannot
be responsible for damage or theft that occurs
after the carrier has left the package.
If the carrier determines the address to be incorrect
or not suitable for leaving the package unattended,
we cannot be responsible if the package is then
returned to us. In order to reship the package
to you, additional shipping charges will be applied.
Shipments
to Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses & P.O.
Boxes will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments
via an expedited method such as 2-Day Air and
Next Day Air will be sent via Fed Ex Express and
the appropriate charges will apply. Please note
that expedited shipping only affects how quickly
the order is delivered; it does not expedite production
time.
In the unlikey event that your order arrives damaged,
please keep all of the original packaging materials
and notify us within 2 days of receiving the order.
The notification should be made in writing and
sent via email to: customerservice@EmbossingStore.com;
please include as much detail as possible. We
will contact the carrier to arrange for an inspection
of the damage; they have 30 days to complete the
review process.
RETURNS
Since each item is made to order, there are no
returns, cancellations or exchanges on personalized
items unless the error was our mistake. We strive
to provide our customers with the utmost quality
and accuracy. If an error was made on our part,
we will replace the item at no additional charge,
provided that the error is reported to us within
10 days of receiving the order. The notification
should be made in writing and sent via email to:
cs@EmbossingStore.com.
